IGNAN Audio menyediakan layanan penyewaan sistem suara profesional, termasuk peralatan, pemasangan, dan kru teknis (jika berlaku).
Pelanggan ("Klien") menyetujui syarat berikut saat melakukan pemesanan dengan IGNAN Audio.
2. Pemesanan & Pembayaran
Pemesanan dianggap terkonfirmasi setelah klien memberikan minimal DP 50%.
Pelunasan harus diselesaikan maksimal H-7 sebelum acara, kecuali ada kesepakatan tertulis lain.
3. Ruang Lingkup Layanan
Paket standar mencakup pengantaran, pemasangan, dan pembongkaran peralatan suara.
Durasi layanan mencakup 1 sesi setup, durasi acara (maks 8 jam), dan 1 sesi pembongkaran.
Jam tambahan di luar jadwal akan dikenakan biaya lembur.
4. Tanggung Jawab & Batasan
IGNAN Audio bertanggung jawab memastikan semua peralatan dalam kondisi baik saat dikirimkan.
Klien bertanggung jawab atas keamanan dan keselamatan peralatan selama masa sewa.
Kerusakan, kehilangan, atau pencurian selama acara menjadi tanggung jawab klien dan akan dikenakan biaya.
5. Kru & Dukungan Teknis
Setiap penyewaan mencakup sound engineer profesional dan kru, sesuai paket.
Kru bertanggung jawab mengoperasikan dan memantau sistem suara selama acara (jika termasuk).
Klien tidak diperkenankan mengoperasikan alat tanpa izin atau pengawasan dari IGNAN Audio.
6. Kebutuhan Lokasi
Klien harus memastikan tempat acara menyediakan daya listrik yang cukup dan area aman untuk pemasangan alat.
IGNAN Audio tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan akibat kendala dari pihak venue.
7. Keadaan Kahar (Force Majeure)
IGNAN Audio tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan atau kegagalan akibat kejadian di luar kendali (contoh: bencana, kebijakan pemerintah, mogok kerja, dll).
8. Hukum & Sengketa
Setiap sengketa akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah. Jika tidak berhasil, akan tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk bekerja sama secara itikad baik dalam menyelesaikan masalah.

IGNAN Audio provides professional sound system rental services, including equipment, setup, and technical crew (if applicable).
The customer ("Client") agrees to the following terms when making a booking with IGNAN Audio.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking is considered confirmed after the client provides a minimum 50% down payment (DP).
Remaining payment (pelunasan) must be completed no later than H-7 (7 days before the event) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scope of Service
Standard packages include delivery, setup, and teardown of sound equipment.
Duration of service includes 1 setup session, event duration (max 8 hours), and 1 teardown.
Additional hours beyond agreed schedule are subject to overtime charges.
4. Responsibilities & Limitations
IGNAN Audio is responsible for ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition upon delivery.
The client is responsible for the security and safety of the equipment during the rental period.
Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the event is the client’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
5. Crew & Technical Support
Each rental includes qualified sound engineer(s) and crew, depending on the package.
The crew is responsible for operation and monitoring of the sound system during the event (if included).
Clients are not allowed to operate the equipment without prior approval or supervision from IGNAN Audio.
6. Venue Requirements
The client must ensure that the venue provides sufficient electric power supply and safety clearance for equipment setup.
Any delays caused by the venue are not the responsibility of IGNAN Audio.
7. Force Majeure
IGNAN Audio is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, etc.).
8. Legal & Dispute
Any disputes arising will be settled amicably. If unresolved, they will be governed under the laws of Indonesia.
Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any issues.
